Supply composted manure: a fine mixture of cow, sheep and horse manure that has gone through an anaerobic process. It is slightly alkaline to counter soil acidity and has low ammonia levels; a manure fertiliser for soil improvement, soil incorporation or mulch layer – rich in quality matter for soil structure, moisture retention and microbial activity.
This manure has been used by a committee member who believes that although more expensive, it is infinitely superior to ‘raw’ farmyard manure which can introduce weeds, be very lumpy and difficult to incorporate into the soil. It is more similar to traditional compost – but contains much more soil nutrition. – Highly recommended!

They will deliver 750 litre bulk bags but ask that we try and combine several orders to minimise their transport costs.
